ello, my name is Ronda Herson, and here is a little bit about myself:

     I am 36 years of age, married with two children - a boy 13 years and a girl 10 years old. I currently work as an office manager in a State Government Department and have been doing this for the past 8 years. I supervise a number of administrative staff and am personnel officer for a number of technical and field employees. I find my ability to communicate with people on all different levels to be very helpful in my work. Applying Scientology principles to my work environment produces very good results.

     I first got into Scientology in 1980 in Sydney when I went into the Church and completed a personality test. My boyfriend was a Scientologist and some of my other friends were too. I completed some auditing (Scientology counseling) and was totally amazed at the change in my attitude towards people. I really liked them. To feel such a change in yourself after just a few hours really made me see that there was something in this Scientology stuff. I am particularly interested in prison and education reform.
