This book really helped me with validating what I already knew. I always thought there was more to life than being born, surviving and then dying, never to exist again. Have You Lived Before This Life? re-enforced my belief that we were actually spirits and that we had been around for a long, long time.
It also showed me how Scientology had procedures that would allow access to those past life experiences, and address any areas that were still causing problems and upset for the individual. It gave me hope that I, too, would be able to handle negative aspects of my personality through looking at my past lives.
